Nice post and good advice, i really believe that brokers are the best way to sell domains. Market places like sedo or afternic among others are a second choice, but you don’t get much exposure unless you pay to have your domains featured, what is a bad business i believe, you pay those for exposure and then you pay a percentage on the sale, you pay twice, and besides having your domain featured doesn’t give any guarantee, you’re paying and paying.
The worse place for selling in my opinion are the forums, the idea i’m getting in forums is that some buyers there want a premium domain for a reg fee, and some of them think you should pay them to buy your domain (kidding here) so forums are out for domain selling. Forums can be good to learn and discuss, but not for selling, at least in my opinion. Even for learning like Rick Latona said, don’t do something just because you read a lot of comments of people telling you to do, think for yourself.

Learn from many different places and make up your own mind, i say (i’m off topic already)

bbdomainer - i won’t go up to the max, but the cheapest domain that was sold was for $1500.
as for dealing in larger ticket names, both andy and Eric are more than capable and Kevin at Bigticketdomains has secured some of the biggest deals in the business, so take your pick.

Thanks for the recommendations! Was wondering what the approximate price range was for the domains you recently sold?
It seems like different brokers might be more suited for different price points.

Out of the four brokers you mentioned, would you recommend any one in particular to sell a high demand generic keyword domain in the 20K-50K range?
